Terms of Use
The terms for using rational.delivery. They are written to be read: if a passage is unclear, write to us and we will say what it means in plainer words.

Rational Delivery describes an approach to building software and Rational Trains, the product that implements it. Nothing is sold here and there is no account to create. The site is free to read.
Joining the waitlist means we may write to you when your place comes up. It is not an order, does not create a contract to provide Rational Trains and does not guarantee access, a date or a price. Leaving it is one email away.
The figures on the site
Figures such as costs, hours and quality metrics come from the reporting of one factory and from published industry sources, each named where it is used. They describe what happened there and then. They are informational, not a promise of what Rational Trains will do for your project.
Using the site
Do not try to break into the site, overload it or abuse the waitlist form. The text, images and design are ours; quoting with a link back is welcome. Links to other sites are there for reference, and those sites have their own terms.
Where we stand if something goes wrong
We do not exclude or limit liability for harm caused intentionally, for gross negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Beyond that, because the site is free, our liability is limited to loss that was a foreseeable consequence of our breach. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer.
Changes, law and disagreements
When these terms change, the date at the top moves.
Polish law applies. That does not take away the mandatory protections of the country you live in, which keep applying whatever this document says. If something goes wrong, write to us first: nearly everything is faster to fix that way. Failing that, you can go to the courts of the country you live in.
